At last, the tin of St Lisbeth’s Pride – aka The Beetrooth of Verity (use only in cases of Things That Fall Over) – is opened and may do its work. The Weaver (Lisa Maza) sings to Verity (Marg Dobson), as, at the same time Stephen, of Sondheim (Rosie Bray), appears before her, and in this mystical intermingling, inspiration finally arrives, and Swansong!!!The Musical!!! begins to pour through her and onto the page.
