In the foyer of the Roslyn Smorgon Gallery at FCAC, Violet Basic-Lyell as Master Wunderkind plays a siren call on her violin, watched by audience, including Peta Williams, Composer, Lisa Maza, Performer, and Sue Roberts, Videographer. After a brief Community Service announcement we are to follow Wunderkind into the topsy-turvy world of The Haven.

And the punters said: “Stunning performances (what stamina!), wonderfully true voices (both acting and singing) and bloody good politics.”

    Violet was just brilliant!
Such confidence and ability at such a young age – she has an exciting future ahead.
It was also lovely to see the different generations represented in this piece – a real community involvement.
