Photo Credit: Lucy Crossett. Tracy Bourne, as Mannie McKenzie, leads the Quire as Sisters of the Haven of St Christabel and St Germaine in glorious song.

This time last Saturday we were rocking up and frocking up for our world premiere-meets-last-hurrah of Things That Fall Over: an anti-musical of a novel inside a reading of a play, with footnotes, and oratorio-as-coda, by Peta Murray, with music, original and arranged, by Peta Williams.

Perhaps you were there? Perhaps you were with us in spirit? Regardless, here’s a glimpse of our shenanigans with more photos and stories to follow once we have allowed ourselves A Proper Weekend and A Good Lie Down.

Until then, Happy IWD, wherever you may be. We wish you joy, strength, courage, grease to your elbows, and power to your left and right hands….

We look so languid and relaxed; who would know that some of us had only just learned the song!! Incredible day.
